A time-tracking app used every day, where check-in has to work even with a poor connection.
Problem
Digital time tracking fails when check-in depends on a stable network or when biometrics and location do not talk to the main flow. The risk is operational: the record stops being trustworthy.
My role
Maintenance and evolution of check-ins, authentication and critical journeys, including fixes and offline support.
Solution
Offline support, biometrics, geolocation and critical bug fixes. The quality criterion was a correct check-in, not the number of new screens.
Impact
More stable time-tracking journeys in daily use. Internal adoption indicators are not published here.
